What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are an energetic realm where all the information of your being is recorded and stored across lifetimes. This includes every thought, every emotion, and every experience you’ve ever had from every lifetime you’ve ever lived, including future potentials.

When I first learned about the Records, I was taken back to a question from more than a decade before when my grandfather passed.

I wasn’t religious and didn’t subscribe to the idea of a traditional afterlife. I could make sense of the idea of life beginning, life passing, and an end to one’s presence and consciousness when the body wasn’t able to support it anymore. What bothered me was- what became of his experiences, everything he had learned, and the images and ideas he’d had swirling around in his mind? These could have only been created through him and because of his existence, so where were they now? He was a poet, a professor and had spent his life in the pursuit of understanding as much as he could about all facets of the world. If he could come here without all that knowledge and memory, they had to somehow be separate from the body within which they were created. And if everything in the universe is made of matter and energy, where would that energy go in the absence of the matter that had contained it? I imagined a drawer somewhere, filled with these parts of him. His essence. When I learned about the Akashic Records, it felt like my question had been answered, and like I was being called back to something familiar.

How are they accessed?

While some access them in other ways, the Records are most commonly accessed through specific prayers using your name. These are like energetic or sound keys that allow one to enter this energetic space and receive information from it. Though each person’s record contains all information about their soul, this does not mean that immediate access to all that information is offered. There is always a consideration of what information is necessary and important in that very moment as well as who it is that has entered the Record to receive and translate the information that comes through.

GENERAL READING

For one hour, I channel information from your Record. This can be guidance on questions you have to clear up confusion, worry, next steps or a simple desire for greater understanding.

I channel through writing, so you will receive a written transcript of the Reading. Given the nature of the Records, you can ask anything regarding your own soul and the lives you have lived/are living.

Example topics:

• Struggles or decisions you would like to receive guidance and clarity on

• Life lessons

• Past lives- how those experiences are currently affecting you and steps to heal from them

• Ways you can support others in your life

These are just examples. Anything you feel called to connect to your Records for can be addressed. *You also have the option of asking no questions, and I will open to receive whatever messages want to come through for you at this time.

Every session is unique to the moment. Know that while you won’t always receive what you want to hear, your team- the energies that provide the information- will always deliver what you need to to hear. That is why the information is so valuable. It can also include references to things that take some time to make sense. These help guide you/give confirmation in the future.

Unless you opt out, your reading includes a twenty minute video call during which I may share my impressions and clarify more about the information received during your reading.

CREATIVE EXPANSION READING

We are all on this Earth to bring forth creations that can only come through our unique essence. All humans are creative, regardless of whether we feel artistically inclined.

This offering provides clarity around a current creative project through one hour of channeled writing from your Record.

This can include guidance on how to move forward on a project, how to navigate things you feel are affecting your vision and progress, or how you are being asked to use your creative abilities. This type of reading often culminates with information about the next aligned creation on your path whether you are currently aware of it or not.

Once you’ve received the transcript of your reading you can schedule the included thirty minute video call for any questions you may have, and for me to share more about the essence of the information that came through.

READING & GUIDANCE BUNDLE

Perhaps you receive information through a Reading with me, but you’re unsure how to act on it. How can you start to take the steps needed to move forward? How will you hold yourself accountable? Led by your own inner knowing, I use my background in health coaching and psychology to support you through this process.

It includes:

• one Akashic Records Reading at the beginning of your coaching period

• six months of coaching (a 50 minute session every other week) to help you identify, trust, and implement what you want for your life while receiving unbiased support and guidance.

• between-session support via email or voice notes

• Tools for supporting your goals and expanding your awareness of what is possible so you eliminate perceived limits

• a follow-up Reading at the three month mark or the end of your coaching program

*If you’ve already had a Reading and realize you want support in taking action on what you learned from it, it is possible to transfer over to the Bundle offering within one month of the Reading.
